(VOLC), a leader in minimally invasive therapy guidance in interventional cardiology, as its first & only Pres & CEO, from start-up in 2002 to its IPO in 2006 and sale to Philips in 2015. Volcano 2014 revenue was > $400 million and its market capitalization peaked at nearly $2B. Prior to this, he was at Digirad Corp, a coronary imaging solutions provider, from 1997 to 2002, as President & CEO. Digirad went public in 2004 (DRAD).
Guy is a Certified Public Accountant, with over 20 years of experience in accountancy, tax and financial management. He spent 3 years at Deloitte prior to opening a boutique accounting firm which employs 15 professionals comprised of CPAs, tax consultants and bookkeepers.
Guy has served as CFO in medical devices companies under the management of Avraham Levy (Peer Medical Ltd, 270 Surgical Ltd) since 2009.
Mr. Blair is a 1997 graduate of the Business Management School of the College for Management , and obtained his Israeli Certified Public Accountants License in 1999.
Avi Levy is the CEO and Founder of 270Surgical. For the past three decades, Avi has had tremendous success as an inventor, entrepreneur, investor, and a high-level executive within the Med-Device and Telecommunication industries.
In 2010 was the founder and CEO of Peer Medical which developed an innovative colonoscopy system. While at Peer, Avi spearheaded a merger with Endochoice, and helped take the collective companies public (Endochoice, NYSE: GI).
Prior to Peer Medical, Mr. Levy was appointed as the CEO of Sightline Technologies, which developed a comprehensive disposable solution for colonoscopy. Mr. Levy led an acquisition by Stryker for $150M. Mr. Levy continued for 3 years as VP of R&D and GM of Stryker Israel for 3 years and established an innovation center of 80 employees in Israel.
Avi holds a dual degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University, a Mechanical Practical Engineering Degree from ORT Jerusalem and a Business Management certification from Bar-Ilan University.
Chad brings more than 20 years of experience in HealthCare and Medical Devices. He has 10 years of Full P&L Management at Stryker where he served at VP & General Manager for the Communications Business Unit, one of the fastest growing businesses at Stryker. In this capacity, he served as a member of the Commercial Steering Committee for Stryker Endoscopy, a powerhouse in the rigid Endoscopic Market. He brings relevant expertise in the commercialization of products, market strategy and operational execution. Prior to joining Stryker, Chad was a clinician / center-manager for NovaCare, an outpatient provider of Physical and Occupational Therapy.
Croasdale holds a B.A. from Hobart College (Psychology), and a M.S. from Widener University (Physical Therapy).
Dr. Shapira has honed her expertise in Endoscopic Clinical Trials over 15 years of experience in the industry. Prior to 270Surgical she directed the clinical trials for Motus GI, MetaCure, and Stryker Israel. In addition, she served as a consultant for clinical trials in various companies, gaining an experience in a variety of therapeutic area including Endoscopy, Diabetes, Glaucoma, Acute Decompensated Heart Failure (ADHF), Stuttering, Thoracic Fluid, Thrombectomy, Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) and Alopecia (hair loss).
Dr. Shapira holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, from the Technion, Israel.
Moshe has over 15 years of experience in medical device R&D, predominantly within the field of Endoscopy. He has successfully managed multi-disciplinary global R&D and engineering teams for companies including Stryker, Angioslide and Endochoice. He has relevant experience leading teams of people in mechanical engineering, software development and optics as has developed vast valuable expertise within medical device regulation.
Moshe holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Ari is a veteran executive, investor and board director with over 18 years of experience in the start-up industry. He is spearheading the fundraising and business development efforts for 270Surgical. Ari is the founder and managing director of Cider Investments, a family office with investments in biotech, med-tech, agri-tech, hi-tech, as well as in venture capital funds. In addition to 270Surgical, Ari has served in executive roles at Biowise, Triventures, Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, and Ernst & Young, Israel.
Ari earned a degree in B.S. in Biology and Physics from the University of Toronto.
Golan brings more than 19 years of R&D experience in medical devices with a heavy emphasis in the Endoscopy field and Opto-mechanical design. He has managed multi-disciplinary global R&D and engineering teams for more than 13 years for start-ups and large companies including Endochoice, and Stryker. Golan was also Co-founder of Peer Medical prior to it merging with Endochoice.
Golan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Officers School of Acre.
Avi has over 20 years of experience in the Medical Device industry and has successfully managed Operations, Production and Logistics teams in Medical Device organizations.
Avi holds a BSc from Ben Gurion University and an MA degree in Industrial Management from Bar Ilan University.
Didi is an experienced business development specialist and entrepreneur, specializing in international B2B/G2G business opportunities, capital raising and partnerships.
Didi serves as a Business Development consultant to several companies including Mekorot, Vital OP, Bnai Zion Medical Center, Aster Medical (Dubai) and more, as well as operates international business initiatives with a focus on the GCC countries and Azerbaijan.
Currently Didi is a Board Member at Israel Bonds and has previously founded and managed several successful small businesses including Goldfish Production and CrossFit Haifa.
Didi holds an HBA (Business Administration) from Western University, Canada, with distinction.
Dr. Severson is the Co-Director of the Minnesota Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery and the Program Director of the MIMIS Fellowship in Advanced GI MIS, Bariatric Surgery and Flexible Endoscopy. Dr. Paul Severson is the medical director for and a reflux specialist with the Minnesota Reflux and Heartburn Center at Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin and Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.

Santiago Horgan, MD, is Chief, Minimally Invasive Surgery Director, Bariatric and Metabolic Institute Director in UCSD. He is an internationally recognized expert in esophageal disease, weight-loss surgery, minimally invasive surgery and new technologies and approaches for surgery.
Dennis has over 35 years experience in the medical device industry with focus on GI, Endoscopy, Surgery and Cardiology. His diversified experience includes General Manager of Conmed Corp GI Endoscopy plus VP positions in Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing with Bard. He is also the co-founder and COO of 4 Medical Device start-ups and consults for a number of others in the area of Strategic Business and Product Development.
Dennis started his career with KPMG and has as a BS in Accounting and MBA in Marketing.
Mike has over 30 years of leadership, business and technology management experience in the health arena.
Throughout his 24 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries, from Key Account Manager to CEO of Teva-Israel and up to Head of Global Innovative Products Division.
Mike holds a B.A.in Economics and Business Administration and M.B.A. in Marketing and International Management from Tel Aviv University, and is a graduate of senior global management courses at INSEAD and Israel Institute of Technology (TIM)
